Characteristics:
- Grain: Long, slender, pure white with minimal chalky kernels, smooth and shiny. Average size: Length 7.5 mm, Diameter 2.0 mm.
- Cooked Rice: Elastic, soft, fluffy, subtly sweet, remains tender when cooled.
- Aroma: Naturally fragrant, with hints of pandan leaves and young rice.
- Nutritional Content: Rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and fiber, notably high in amylose content (18 – 22%) for firm and less sticky rice.
