Ingredients:
- 300g chicken breast
- 100g fresh cashew nuts
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- Minced garlic and shallots
- Seasonings: sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white wine, seasoning powder, salt, pepper, cooking oil
Instructions:
- Roast the fresh cashews and remove their skins.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces (about 1cm thick). Dice the onion and bell pepper.
- Marinate the chicken with seasoning powder, pepper, white wine, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for 30 minutes.
- Sauté the minced garlic and shallots until fragrant, then add the marinated chicken and stir-fry.
- Add soy sauce, stir until the chicken is firm and the liquid reduces. Add the onion, bell pepper, and cashews, mix well, and turn off the heat.
